Due to popular demand, we are now
offering our volunteers the option of
purchasing their own PFEW shirts. This
page outlines for you the colors that
are available. The logo's shown
are the actual colors that will be
embroidered on each shirt.
Sorry no changes or additions can be
made.
If you would like to purchase a
shirt, please fill out the
form below and we will order it for you.
The cost is $21 per shirt. All orders
will be shipped to Williamsport so
please plan on having your payment with
you when you arrive for your particular
session. If you will be paying by check
you can make it out to PFEW.
**New Company
Advisors**:
If this is your first time as a Company
Advisor, you will be provided a PFEW
polo shirt from our existing stock at no
charge to you. Colors will be limited
and do not include the options available
if you choose to order and pay for your
own shirt. If you prefer to purchase
your own, you can do so by filing out
this form.
