How can I help?
You can become a PFEW sponsor by donating $525 scholarships. All such donations are 501(c)(3) deductible. Tax credits may be awarded to businesses who contribute to PFEW. For further details contact our office at 814-833-9576. A scholarship covers all program costs for one participant. Transportation to and from Williamsport, PA and a registration fee, however, are the responsibility of each accepted applicant.

Additional Ways to Give to PFEW
Our Foundation’s programs are approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development as an “Educational Improvement Organization” within the meaning of the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program.

Any donating company to PFEW that pays the relevant Pennsylvania taxes, once approved, can get up to a 90% credit against their Pennsylvania taxes for their gift if the same gift is made for two years, 75% if made for one year.

Example: If you are currently a $500 a year donor, you can now make a gift of $5,000 and receive credit for the donation at that level in each of two successive years without increasing your "out-of-pocket" expense at all. If you have exposure to $5,000 worth of Pennsylvania business taxes, you can make the gift to PFEW and receive credit as a ’Keystone Club Member’, one of our highest honors, and you would be sponsoring 10 students to PFEW each year. A tremendous “win-win” for you and for students in your area.
