How To Apply
Students who will complete their sophomore or junior year by the summer session and have a
sincere interest in being part of an intense and exciting week-long program are invited to
apply. There are three ways to apply.
- Complete an application which may be obtained from your principal, guidance counselor, or designated school official.
- Download and print an application in PDF form.

Who Attends
Student
candidates must have
completed either their
sophomore or junior year
by June of 2013 and be
recommended by a high
school representative.
Students need not be
enrolled in business
courses, however, they
must display a sincere
interest in gaining
valuable knowledge by
participating in a
challenging experience.

Where & When
PFEW takes place
on the campuses of
Lycoming College and
Pennsylvania College of
Technology in
Williamsport, PA. You
will have your choice of
one of four weekly
sessions in July or
August. You will
experience dormitory
life. Space has been
reserved and all meals
will be provided!

Cost
You will be sponsored by a local
business, civic or
educational group,
chamber of commerce
or a business
association.
Scholarships will be
awarded by the
Pennsylvania Free
Enterprise Week
staff on behalf of
the sponsoring
organization. Your
scholarship covers
all meals in the
college dining hall,
dormitory space,
conference
materials, and
activities. However,
you are responsible
for transportation
to and from
Williamsport, PA and
a $235
non-refundable
registration fee.
