Created in 1979 by a group of foresighted business leaders in Northwest PA, our Foundation addresses the compelling and urgent issue of workforce preparedness by offering interactive, impactful programs that help students develop the job-ready skills today's employers demand. It's amazing that over four decades later, workforce preparedness remains the most critical need for Pennsylvanian business. That's why our mission and vision has never been more important.
The mission of FFEE is to heighten the awareness of Pennsylvania's youth about their future role in the American free enterprise system by delivering high-quality and practical hands-on learning experiences.
Through our mission, we hope to be the recognized leader in providing quality learning opportunities that promotes the understanding of the link between personal freedom and economic opportunity.
Our passion is to give our young people the knowledge and skills to become tomorrow's next great leaders. Since day one, our programs have done just that and we're proud to have changed the lives of over 80,000 students. Imagine what is yet to come!
