UPPER BUCKS CHAMBER BREAKFAST A HUGE SUCCESS!
Each year, the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce hosts their very popular “Foodie” event, which brings the local business community together to share local food and drink in a casual, fun atmosphere. The proceeds from this event are earmarked for PFEW scholarships for local students. Each fall the Chamber hosts a celebratory breakfast for the students they sponsor this summer, and four PFEW graduates took to the podium to talk about their PFEW experience. Click here for a brief video of the students sharing their thoughts after the breakfast. Huge thanks to the chamber and the Foodie Committee, for all they do for PFEW and the young people in your area!
PFEW - A SMALL WORLD, A HUGE IMPACT
This summer, Joe Battista, head coach of the Penn State Nittany Lion hockey team, had the opportunity to spend the day at PFEW. Little did he know what he was in for when he arrived on campus. Suffice it to say he was profoundly impacted by what he experienced. Click here to read the article he wrote about his time with us. I think you’ll agree, PFEW left a lasting impression on Joe, and on all who shared in the 2017 experience!
